Weebly themes are very easy to install and we’ve installation video and step-by-step written guides with screenshots (also included in theme documentation) to help you. If however you still need help installing a theme, we’ll be happy to help you.
In order to help you install a weebly theme you purchase from us we need the following information:
- Name of theme you downloaded
- Purchased receipt ID (ex: 54dc1h74ede9y3bcb871f7wrd45tv87)
- Access to your website.
Access to your website:
Access to your website can be editor access, designer access or login access. For editor and designer access, use the email address included in the “Read Me First” PDF document from your download folder to grant us editor access to your website. Learn how to grant editor access.
If your hosting environment doesn’t support editor/designer access (for websites hosted outside weebly.com and weebly designers platform), then you will have to give us your login email and password. Use the email address included in the “Read Me First” PDF document from download folder to send us your login email and password as well as link to log into your website.
