If you need help installing the plugin/widget on your website, provide us with the following information:
- Name of the page you need the plugin/widget installed (example: home page).
- Number of content boxes (or slides for slider/carousel) you need installed.
- Purchased receipt ID (ex: 54dc1h74ede9y3bcb871f7wrd45tv87)
- Access to your website.
Access to your website:
Access to your website can be editor access, designer access or login access. For editor and designer access, use the email address included in the “READ ME FIRST” PDF document from your download folder to grant us editor access to your website. Learn how to grant editor access.
If your hosting environment doesn’t support editor/designer access (for websites hosted outside weebly.com and weebly designers platform), then you will have to give us your login email and password. Use the email address included in the “Read Me First” PDF document from download folder to send us your login email and password as well as link to log into your website.
