Can I exchange a product?

What if I purchased the wrong product, can I exchange for the product I want?     Due to the nature of our products (intangible products), we cannot offer exchanges or refunds. Before purchase, please check to be sure that you are purchasing the product you want.  

Can I resell or republish any of your products?

No, you cannot resell, republish or give out any of our products under any conditions. Doing so will constitute Piracy and will be met with applicable penalties. All our products are copyrighted.

Are you available for support?

Are there recurring payments?

Are your products one-time purchase? Are there any recurring/scheduled billings? YES, all our products are one-time payment.  No, there are no recurring billings. Once you purchase any of our product, you can use it for as long as you want without having to pay for it again.    

What are your Refund Policies?

There are no refunds.   Since we offer intangible products, we do NOT offer refunds. If you find a bug in our product or if something doesn’t work as it should be, we’ll try to help you fix it.  

How many times can I download purchased product?

Your download link will be live for 4 days, and you can download the product up to 4 times. This is to avoid multiple use or re-use of our products. We highly recommend that you download a purchased product immediately.   You can re-download a product by logging into your account.
